St. Joseph Hospital's Wellness Center is a medically-based fitness facility combining exercise and wellness to support a healthy lifestyle. The center, located in Suite 160 of St. Joseph's medical office building, is open 24/7 with badge access.

New members receive a one-on-one assessment with an exercise physiologist, who will:

  • Evaluate your current lifestyle
  • Set individualized goals
  • Develop a personalized training and exercise program that supports your goals

Training programs can be updated or modified over time as needed. Members also have ongoing access to:

  • An exercise physiologist
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Weight monitoring
